Lifetime Achievement Award
Background:
The Northwest Justice Forum will annually honor a person for lifetime achievements in restorative justice when those people are brought to our attention. Those recognized should be individuals who have made vital contributions of outstanding significance to the field of restorative of justice.
Award Criteria:
The award shall recognize individuals for outstanding contributions to restorative justice education, research,, and/or practice. The nominee has:
Made exemplary contributions to the understanding and
application of restorative justice over an entire career with a definable body
of work through one or more of the following:
- Public Speaking
- Teaching/Training
- Research
- Collaborative Work
- Publications
- Professional Practice
Embodied the principles and practices of restorative
justice within their personal and professional lives.
Mentored people in the restorative justice fields.
Been a living role model who inspires others.
Worked in the best interest of the greater good.
Advanced the field of restorative justice nationally
and/or internationally.
